"If you have the opportunity to see Anne Wilson and her friends, I highly recommend it. The tickets may be expensive, but they are definitely worth it. I was pleasantly surprised by how amusing the opening acts were. Brad stuck to his usual self-deprecating routine, while Heather showcased her talent for impressions (though I could have done without her singing). However, Josh stole the show with his stories of catching his son drunk and receiving help from a woman to pee.
Anne's stand-up routine combines elements of her show monologue and her books. She shares hilarious anecdotes of tormenting her loved ones, and even throws in some 50 Cent references. At one point, she was laughing so hard it seemed like she might wet herself. What's great is that she presented fresh material, distinct from her books and TV show that I am familiar with.
